平時去食一個酒店級數既自助餐都講緊差唔多要＄7xx - 8xx既價錢仲要唔知佢係咪好食。呢間南灣如心酒店I-O-N餐廳絕對性價比高，環境舒適又夠哂寬敞。今次去仲要撞正萬聖節，室內裝飾同食物都極有節日氣氛 ！一坐低已經有兩個welcome drinks 送返，可以揀有酒精同冇酒精食自助餐一開始就一定會係揀沙律開開個胃呢度令我覺得有驚喜係竟然見到水耕種植既蔬菜 ！其他食物方面種類都好多，自製湯麵嘅湯底都好多種類，又多餸菜揀，不錯不錯。甜品又夠多夠豐富，造型盞鬼。最重要成餐飯都係飲品任飲同haagen dazs任食下次都一定要再黎食 ！
