放飯經過荃錦中心地下見到門口寫住,「湯餃配足料無味精花膠豬骨湯,純手工餃子每日新鮮製作 」,決定試吓佢龍與鳳。老闆非常友善,對住我隔離枱嘅小朋友好有愛心,又用好溫柔嘅聲線問我哋覺得味道適唔適合。無論湯餃同埋煎餃嘅調味都唔會過重,令食材本身嘅鮮味都好明顯。湯餃子雲耳白菜豬肉餃(10隻)$43碗湯真係冇味精,清甜!讚!每粒餃子都飽滿大粒,非常鮮甜,除咗白菜、雲耳、豬肉外仲有紅蘿蔔碎。餃子嘅白菜並唔係我哋平時食嘅大白菜或小白菜係用咗津白,老闆解釋用津白會令餃子鮮甜度提高,而用普通的大白菜小白菜會令餃子有酸味。芹菜豬肉餃 (10隻)$43芹菜豬肉餃同樣出色,芹菜切得好細粒,朋友唔食芹菜都覺得好味,而且芹菜並無搶戲,反而將肉嘅鮮味釣左出嚟。香脆煎餃三鮮韭菜盒子+雲耳白菜豬肉盒子(大份10隻)$47餃子皮煎到好似炸一樣,脆卜卜好香口,非常Juice一咬開就留到一枱都係肉汁。兩款都好出色,而韭菜嘅香氣加埋脆卜卜嘅外皮就更有層次,別有一番風味。上湯浸時菜 $20 一句講晒 新鮮,而且仲多咗碗湯飲,正!香辣菜脯(free)食到尾聲,老闆問我哋食咗香辣菜脯未?因為本身餃子已經好鮮味我哋都冇點其他醬料,老闆

碗湯真係冇味精,清甜!讚!

食到尾聲,老闆問我哋食咗香辣菜脯未?
因為本身餃子已經好鮮味我哋都冇點其他醬料,老闆就重點推介:「一定要食!」
咁就梗係即刻食啦,驚為天人!真係唔係辣菜脯咁簡單,係用咗好多大大粒嘅蝦米去炒,仲豪過啲XO醬。菜脯唔會死鹹,之後食完一羹又一羹,真係必食丫!
唔怪之有人嚟淨係外賣個辣菜脯。

可惜我哋6:30pm去到,手撕雞同酸辣土豆絲已經賣晒,要下次先試到🙈
