平時打邊爐打得多,好少食燜鍋,燜鍋原來係大陸已經好流行呢間餐廳原來仲係老字號,由清朝開到而家,咁一定好正啦燜鍋可以揀自己想食既食物,又或者食佢set好左既燜鍋我地渣唔定主意,於是自選材料首先會落一堆配料,入面有蘿蔔,蒜,洋蔥等等之後就可以落我地之前自選左既材料,最多揀5樣我地揀左海蝦,鯰魚,帆立貝,三黃雞,肥牛金菇卷落完之後就蓋上鍋蓋等佢燜啦大約15分鐘,再落埋啲肥牛金菇卷跟住再落佢啲秘製醬汁,撈勻佢就食得啦!!啲食物全部入哂味,聞到少少藥膳既味道,但食落就冇藥既味但就超香口,食到停唔到啲海蝦超爽口,又有啲蝦膏,而鯰魚好鮮味,較為腍身帆立貝就大大粒,不過味道就冇咩特別雞就入哂味,我地叫左小辣所以辣度令鍋既食物更香更惹味食完就可以加水打邊爐不過可能加左水,啲味道淡左,都係燜鍋好食啲邊爐野食就叫左響鈴,蝦滑,墨魚滑,肥牛蝦滑,墨魚滑幾鮮味,大小就隨自己喜歡放落去肥牛就細塊左啲
