To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西九龍中心8樓有個food court 呢幾年成日聽人講愈做愈旺 愈來愈多choice揀 而且價錢夠曬平民！今日終於有機會上黎試下～ 行咗一個圈 真係咩國家菜都有但特別比呢間食泰式cross over港式既89吸引左見到佢有個招牌撈麵有瑞士汁雞中翼揀！先$30！超級抵～～唔係唔食呀嘛嗰日係lunch Time嚟食～我點餐之前都有兩三個人等緊落單之後老細叫我10分鐘之後有得食 因為喺food court所以要自己搵位 呢度座位都算多 加上清潔姐姐執枱嘅效率都好高就算lunch Time都好快搵到位！本身個撈麵係粗麵我自己本身比較鍾意食幼麵 就轉左個麵底四隻瑞士汁雞中翼大大隻每隻都有我大半隻手板咁大！即叫即整既雞翼熱辣辣 個瑞士汁好香甜～雞翼估唔到好入味！又滑又juicy 因為真係好好食所以毫不客氣15分鐘K.O.成碟撈麵 30蚊食到呢個lunch 實在係大滿足！
