早幾日喺附近食完鐵板燒,見到有間幾抵食嘅串燒,特登訂枱試下。估唔到小店都會做擺盤,賣相🆙🆙。推薦以下幾款:🥢汁燒白鱔$38魚皮燒得香脆,魚肉爽彈油潤。加入濃味嘅燒汁,魚肉變得香甜,完全冇泥味。🥢香草豬頸肉$22豬頸肉以順紋切,所以特別有𡁻勁。以香草醃過口味更偏向西式。🥢鹽燒雞軟骨$16並非一串串急凍來貨,大粒爽脆。🥢土匪雞翼 (3隻)$25醃得好入味,好重孜然同五香粉嘅香味。🥢汁燒大啡菇$20香甜多汁,一啲菇菌青味都冇。🥢椒鹽燒魷魚鬚$22魷魚爽口彈牙。以椒鹽輕輕調味,唔會遮蓋咗魷魚嘅鮮味。
