To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路過，隔離有間九份茶舍，朋友買茶，我聞到隔離好香既炒飯味決定試下，叫咗泰式鮮蝦炒飯，份量超多，蝦好新鮮，味道都好好，飯每一粒都好乾身，炒得好好，最有驚喜係個跟餐冬瓜湯，好有冬瓜既天然香味，有驚喜仲試咗泰式炒金邊粉，味道都好好，濕炒的感覺，辣椒粉同花生碎放喺一邊，可以根據自己口味調整，非常好
