To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

哩間餐廳已經唔係第一次嚟食，記得之前食過佢既午市套餐真係幾抵，所以今日再同朋友黎試下其他野食。哩到既食物選擇相當多，而且食材新鮮，今次我哋就叫左以下幾款食物share。🐟三文魚腩刺身 $68三文魚腩非常肥美，4件都好厚身，油脂分布均勻，味道鮮甜，性價比超高，好食推介👍🏻🍣三文魚壽司 $16上面既三文魚都係接近腩既部份，而且一啲都唔薄，味道同樣鮮甜。🐂鹽燒牛舌 $28牛舌爽口，上面灑上胡椒同鹽，香口惹味。🍚牛仔骨石鍋飯 $98配料豐富，有粟米、木耳絲、泡菜，仲另外俾咗一兜辣醬，倒完辣醬之後將所有材料撈勻，令石鍋飯口感更豐富，而且牛仔骨肉質軟腍入味，好食有驚喜！整體黎講，餐廳食材新鮮，食物性價比高，如果係銅鑼灣想食日本料理，哩間都係一個好選擇。
