To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺會展附近做嘢，晏晝周圍都好多打工仔四處覓食。為免同人迫，已經12:00走出嚟😎😎點知都係咁多人😆😆依間餐廳有上下層，喺門口見佢個是日餐牌都幾吸引，有焗飯！一於試試！除咗是日午餐之外，佢哋嘅餐牌仲有其他選擇，歐洲pasta系列，咖喱，同埋一啲港式粉面。焗什椒汁牛扒飯因為我見餐牌上面冇依個選擇，係是日午餐先有，機會難逢，梗係唔可以錯過啦😆😆依個焗飯，絕無欺場，個汁非常香，非常惹味，除咗黑椒之外，仲有三色椒！牛扒亦都有驚喜，兩大塊，唔會太薄，而且肉質真係牛扒感覺，而唔係俾粉醃製到林晒👍🏼因為個汁真係好正，仲要有少少芝士，超好餸飯，如果個炒飯底可以多少少，就更加理想😎😎例湯：霸王花，都幾清甜，唔錯唔錯。
