中環開左間新既居酒屋,係主打高知縣既食材同菜式,店主同店長都係日本人,所有食材同煮法都用番高知縣當地材料同方法,就算漬物都係嗰邊當地搜購返黎,好地道又有特色。整串燒同燒物既師傅都好有功架。店舖裝潢好warm好似當地日式居酒屋,仲有個小小戶外位置可以幾個朋友望住月色高談闊論,好有情調。今晚我地兩個人晚餐食左: 🔸️鮟康魚肝奈良漬 ($58,9.4/10)鮟康魚肝配埋青瓜,魚肝味好濃郁好香! 🔸️長芋山葵漬($28,9.2/10)呢個好特別!長芋食落清新爽口,仲有淡淡山葵味,好好味! 🔸️螢光魷魚沖漬($48,8.8/10)呢個又係超特別,魷魚味道咸香味濃,上面既海膽汁味道都十分濃郁,有驚喜! 🔸️ 鐵板芝士炒蛋($58,9/10)呢個有得睇住店長表演喺我地面前用鐵板炒芝士芝,超級拉絲,蛋同芝士既合體又係食到停唔到口。🤤🤤 🔸️ 白珠牡蠣($78,9/10)燒蠔好juicy好鮮甜!仲好香酒味。 🔸️ 熏烤鰹魚($128,9.5/10)呢個係店既皇牌,日本空運黎既鰹魚,師傅用一個大既炭火熏烤完再浸入冰水,熱脹冷縮令到肉質結實。食落有啲似吞拿魚,但冇咁油。見到師傅燒既功架,就覺得值回票價。 🔸️ 海膽意大利
