To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時最喜歡在午飯時間在銅鑼灣「食好西」,近日有同事帶我到沙嗲王裡吃。說實話,很久沒有去過沙嗲王,讀大學的時候確是常常去,但主要都是吃晚市,所以今次吃午市,就要看看跟菜單有什麼不同。😀首先進入餐廳之後,也發現裏面是挺大的🙂,之後侍應帶我們去座位裡坐,並叫我們掃QR落單。雖然以QR CODE下單可以減兩元,😉不過界面上有少許漏洞,就是如果選錯的話,要跳出重新選過,所以也幾費時。😂最後我們選了蟹粉豆腐鍋飯+ 冬蔭功海鮮米線。蟹粉豆腐鍋飯是以石鍋上的,感覺熱燙燙。🔥吃過一口,覺得蟹粉味很重,配搭淡淡的豆腐,濃配上淡味,有中和的效果。🙂但它必定要配飯吃,因為齋吃蟹粉湯會很膩很鹹的。😅至於冬蔭功海鮮米線絕對有驚喜,端上來的時候,已經覺得很大碗😋,一定夠飽。配料方面有菇、蝦、青口及蜆,相當足料。而冬蔭功的湯底很入味,微辣得來又很過癮,值得推薦!❤️

至於冬蔭功海鮮米線絕對有驚喜,
端上來的時候,
已經覺得很大碗😋,
一定夠飽。
配料方面有菇、蝦、青口及蜆,
相當足料。
而冬蔭功的湯底很入味,
微辣得來又很過癮,
值得推薦!❤️
