To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超大油煙味

當日入去食個lunch，叫咗個牛柳壽喜燒汁蓋飯$158嚟講只係單點唔係set，有啲貴，而且portion都唔係話好大味道OK但唔值呢個價，因為牛肉唔係話好多片，飯做咗忌廉汁risotto style咁係唔錯的，但除此之外就毫冇特別，味道亦單一。如果跟個味噌湯、濃湯或細沙律，起碼成個lunch嘅味道都豐富啲。而家咁樣覺得不如去茶餐廳食碟頭飯算。但最大問題係，一入去已經超大陣油煙味。由於近日我成日都去咗啲好大油煙嘅餐廳食飯，成日食完啲衫都臭晒覺得好忟所以一入去就好留意到佢陣味剛好當日我帶咗件風褸喺身，即刻著起佢，仲笠埋頂帽好似癲佬咁坐喺度極速清咗個飯，因為唔想坐咁耐會越臭結果離開餐廳後除咗件褸，真係超大味，直到夜晚回家都仲係佢陣油煙味，即刻入洗衣機洗。
