開業時已經嚟食過,嗰種濃濃台灣風味依然歷歷在目今天剛好又到荃灣,當然要再嚟食,果然水準依舊,難怪越開越多分店必叫半斤半肉面首先個湯底超濃郁又香,整碗份量也不少牛筋有三大條炆得超腍,簡直啖啖骨膠原送落肚牛肉薄薄,都係好淋好鬆化大腸麪線(大)無論麪線份量,柯仔數量 一點也不吝嗇,好飽肚,大份量足夠兩三個人食。而個芡汁調得剛好,食落唔會有飽滯脹肚 。塔香鹹酥雞外皮口感鬆脆,每一口都卡卡聲,好脆,但一啲也不乾身,雞肉汁就同時間必出來,越食越停不到口。香蔥牛肉起絲蛋餅蛋餅款式很多, 啱晒蛋痴一族,正宗蛋餅就是這樣,皮薄餡料多,外層微焦香噴噴,香蔥牛肉料加芝士好澎湃,最重要也包得很紮實。蜂蜜檸檬愛玉有愛玉,正正正,配埋微甜蜂蜜,配台灣食品絕配。
