To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次入屯門上公路口時都經過,見到多人幫襯,好想試咗一段時間,星期日同老公得閒就去試下,一入門口企響度,黑衫女經理望住我哋都唔出聲,過咗幾秒我哋先問係咪自己入去搵位,佢先答「自己搵啦」😅星期日朝早11點,入座率大約一半人,我哋搵到位坐低之後就叫咗五個點心,惡夢開始…….叉燒腸粉:上枱嗰陣正正常常熱熱辣辣,但係一咬落去啲麵粉多到,一啲壞嘅感覺都冇,啲叉燒係鮮橙色嘅……但肚餓嘅關係,都勉強食咗唔記得咗乜嘢菌嘅潮州粉果:三隻粉果都好似水晶皮一樣見晒入邊嘅餡餡料,不過連埋張蒸籠子同埋粉葛果嘅表面,都好似油浸一大層厚油一樣。擺埋口連咬都唔想咬,成個口唇已經係油,忍唔住叫經理過嚟取消咗佢,當時個男經理都講句「嘩,乜真係油得咁離譜」牛肉球:想睇嗰陣都係正正常常熱熱辣辣,不過一食落去墊底嘅腐竹係酸嘅,啲牛肉嘅羹多到咬唔開….食咗兩啖就吐返出嚟煎餅:呢個本身預咗佢有少少油油地,但係嗰種油嘅方法係完全滲晒飲過包入邊,用隻匙羹一撳可以出油嘅……又忍唔住叫個男經理過嚟睇…..男經理都係講咗一句「個廚房搞乜嘢啊?」同一時間我仲有一個煎蘿蔔糕未嚟,但係我哋兩個已經食到好想走,叫經理取消埋個蘿蔔糕同埋埋單我老公走去買

我老公走去買單嗰陣,櫃面個姐姐我老公幾多號枱,因為本身都冇張卡俾我哋,所以我老公話唔知,淨係指住我哋張枱(張檯其實只係響收銀隔離),個收銀話你唔知幾多號枱我買唔到你單…….跟住個男經理先至出聲話幾多號枱,最後我哋想用八達通找數,個姐姐又話八達通壞咗…….

結論,永遠都唔會有下次😒
