早兩個星期，同屋企人食灣仔明閣。水準依然唔錯呀！打頭陣有明閣三小碟，份量啱啱好。平視我好鍾意飲湯，今次呢個川貝海底椰螺頭燉水鴨都係我喜愛湯水嘅top Five。跟住再嚟魚子醬雪地明蝦球，蝦肉好大㗎，配上魚子醬，口感味道兼備。鮑汁脆皮花膠素千層同家鄉魚湯浸龍躉球好唔錯。食到紅燒牛尾伴菜苗開始有啲飽，但因為好食，最後都清晒。一定要睇佢哋嘅鍋燒滋補竹絲雞炒飯，真係好香好好食，每口都係雞香味。最後以桃膠姜茶湯圓、暖胃棗皇糕作結。抵食，一家大細都啱食！
