To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

长途跋涉去到位于鲤鱼门银龙咖啡茶室探访KATE姐。下午茶时间去到门口已经人山人海大排长龙。进去只见KATE姐正在做节目拍摄宣传广告。十分忙碌。证明爱国爱港人士一定好心有好报。生意实在兴隆。点了热奶茶，腐乳西多士，双蛋双肠米粉，芒果布甸。腐乳西多士绝对是我的挚爱全港独有。加上炼奶味道更是一绝。双蛋双肠米粉水准中上。肠仔非常好吃。芒果布甸芒果肉香甜，夏天吃绝对爽快。热奶茶更不用说，全港奶茶王冠军绝对名不虚传。人均70，实在抵食又划算。
