To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每隔幾天就忍不住去點這家重慶酸辣3餸米線，價格適中，湯鮮米線爽滑配菜嫩氣，最愛的快餐廳！服務態度好，上菜速度快。圖上我點的是豬潤，牛肉，豬肉的三拼米線（大辣），豬潤脆卜卜鮮嫩可口，牛肉帶有奶香，真是令人讚不絕口！而且聖誕那幾天還有活動，買三餸米線送小菜一份，也許是那天運氣好得到了一份蒜泥白肉！不得不說，譚仔的米線味道好，連小菜也不輸外面的餐館水平，蒜泥白肉入口甜辣爽滑，遠遠端上來便聞得到肉香，肉香蒜香交織，真是一場味覺盛宴！
