今晚我黎到中環呢間出名食鹿兒島嘅小田和牛,店舖裝修高貴,坐得好舒適。Appetizer半生熟既和牛,配以帶子,湯底係魚肉加牛肉製成的。上面鋪住黃色嘅粉係烏魚子,口感好新鮮。Zatsuki & Shinogi牛舌湯跟和牛壽司,湯底係用咗牛湯,雞湯和高湯mix埋,好香甜濃郁。Mukouzuke和牛肉他他,主要係用生牛肉打成,有海膽source 同埋魚子醬調味,一試難忘。Warm dish和牛壽喜燒煮,有黑松露source 同埋皇帝菜source 夾埋飯一齊食 ,好特別。Hashiyasume柚子同櫻花味的沙冰,食左咁多野中場清一清個口腔。Shiizakana吉列三文治,麵包有烤過,有少少脆,一件海膽,一件係魚子醬,唔錯。Nimono溫煮和牛湯煮京都水茶,再配雞子,令到湯底美味。Yakimono炭燒沙朗牛,用備長炭燒出黎,特別香口。Shokuji壽司卷,紫菜係選用咗日本皇室御用嘅紫菜,另外個稻庭烏冬係用咗魚湯同牛湯整成,食到尾聲都keep到個質素,唔錯。Mizugashi最後甜品係一個日式和果子,櫻花餅,黑芝麻布甸,畫上一個完美句號。高質日本和牛懷石料理,總共有11道菜,質素非常好,鍾意食
