The broth is rich and flavorful, with the sweetness of the fish complementing the fresh aroma of the cabbage. The taste of the rich soup is comforting, making you want to drink a few more bowls. It’s very nutritious, as fresh fish provides high-quality protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which help improve cardiovascular health; while cabbage is a low-calorie, high-fiber green vegetable beneficial for the digestive system.
