呢間潮汕菜館由 2016 年喺深圳創立,並於今年3月底正式登陸香港~ 餐廳曾榮獲多項大獎,包括中華鹵鵝大賽金獎、法國鵝肝大賽亞洲首獎、香港潮州菜大賽銀獎、連續4年榮登大眾點評「必吃榜」等等,想食潮汕菜嘅就唔好錯過啦!平日晚上大排長龍,有時間嘅建議早啲去攞飛,如果唔係等到天光都未入到,呢個地點呢個價錢真係冇得輸,難怪咁多人去食。一坐低就叫咗呢度嘅招牌菜,金獎潮滷拼盤包含唔同部位嘅鵝,煮至入味,新鮮肥美,配搭豐富,必點之選。私心推介香煎鯧魚,原條上,好睇又好食。肉質又肥又滑,骨唔算多,外層煎至微微脆身,魚頭最正,油脂感十足,唔覺唔覺就清晒。南澳蠔仔烙見周圍嘅客人都有點到,果然有料,炸至金黃酥脆,蠔仔大粒又肥美,而且食落唔油膩。主食有海鮮砂鍋粥,配料十足,連蝦都細心地切開左半邊方便食用,飯粒無煮到好綿所以帶點口感,湯底味道調味適中,份量好多適合多人分享。最後要埋個七樣菜,大雜燴,樣樣有少少,新鮮,鮮甜,飲埋個菜湯真係飽晒。

私心推介香煎鯧魚,原條上,好睇又好食。肉質又肥又滑,骨唔算多,外層煎至微微脆身,魚頭最正,油脂感十足,唔覺唔覺就清晒。南澳蠔仔烙見周圍嘅客人都有點到,果然有料,炸至金黃酥脆,蠔仔大粒又肥美,而且食落唔油膩。
