To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超好味的越式美食

最近經過大窩口，附近有好多餐廳，好多都係港式餐廳，發現開咗一間新嘅鋪頭，原來係越南菜，寫住正宗，由於我好少食其他菜式，於是就入去試吓係唔係真係正宗越南菜，需要等候的時間唔係好耐，環境幾舒適，食物十分有驚喜，有越式椰青，好好飲，啲湯底十分之靚和新鮮，特別係蟹膏檬粉，材料十分之豐富，還有各種越南小吃，特別是越式春卷，用生菜包住食，特別有口感，點埋魚露，真係好好味，魚露十分之香，超底食，真係好好味，值得一試！
