太座突然話想食醬油蟹同炸醬麵,我地食過最好食嘅就係尖沙咀chumchum味,梗係即刻去食啦!仍然係咁多人食,就知水準唔會差咗,好睇去到仲有一張枱,so lucky!“醬油蟹”味道依然,究竟呢隻蟹嘅來源係點,我上網做咗搜查,(韓語:간장게장),韓國五大名菜之一,將未經烹調的生蟹放在醬油中醃製而成,當地民眾喜愛直接將白飯加進蟹蓋內與蟹黃一起伴吃,故這道菜色又名偷飯賊。我地就將蟹膏撈落白飯度食,真係好惹味,其他蟹肉超甜,有點甜到漏嘅感覺!“炸醬麵”在麵上面淋上由咸黑豆醬,配上豬肉和蔬菜和海鮮製成的濃醬,又有返甜甜地中和返,太座話係佢喺香港食過最好食嘅炸醬麵!“燉牛排骨”我地點咗辣味上枱時仲滾緊,食落嘅辣度唔係講笑,太座就食得好開心,我就食到成吉思汗打仔咁,不過呢隻味道係會令人越食越想食!“烤牛肉紫菜飯捲”食落有點脆又有點軟,煙煙韌韌,唔錯!“煎蛋捲”睇落普通食落非比尋常,煎得成條蛋漿軟軟都唔容易,諗住食一舊幫襯吓,點知食埋最後一舊,強烈推介!
