先來鹵水鵝片拼鵝肝。鵝片又嫩又入味。鵝肝夠肥,外面脆裏面軟林林的。鹹菜胡椒朱肚湯,很夠味,很足料。朱肚又多又新鮮冇臭味,胡椒下得多重味帶辣。不能吃辣勿叫煎蠔餅的鴨蛋及蠔仔下得夠多,非常香,而且炸得恰到好處,不會太乾或不夠熟。蠔仔又大又新鮮川椒雞,很脆的葉,配夠鑊氣又入味的雞柳,正!!香酥竽容鴨,鴨肉打到起膠再加芋容之去炸。外面的皮非常脆,裏面口感豐富We go there at 6.30 PM that's why we don't have to wait.
