To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太耐冇出街食嘢，呢排疫情緩和返啲即刻一家三口出返去，一直跟住呢個師傅食，低調但有水準👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻椒鹽九肚魚100分，依家出面嘅中菜館或者大排檔嘅椒鹽都做唔到呢個質素薑蔥爆魚腩就算驚食魚嘅你都一定啱食，香脆可口，又啖啖肉，不得了海鮮粥呢個唔使我多介紹，入店必食，本身次次來係叫一鍋，今次諗住叫多啲餸所以叫一碗。冰鎮墨魚新嘗試！有突破！之前一直冇留意呢個餸，今日既然廚師推介，即管一試，口感爽滑，最緊要新鮮！估唔到傳統嘅中菜都有呢種鮮味！另外叫咗個菜單上面冇今日新鮮到嘅椒鹽賴尿蝦！最鍾意呢間舖頭就係呢樣野，每次都有驚喜！賴尿蝦好新鮮好多肉，再讚多次椒鹽真係一流！香港咁嘅環境冇加價，店主好野👍🏻
