今日我發板請朋友食飯,佢鍾意食韓燒我第一時間就book位黎呢度。氣氛好呀嘛!必叫嘅肉一定係特級牛肋骨,醃到d肉香甜軟腍。連骨上,逐塊剪黎燒好有風味。唔食過係唔會明白點解韓劇成日講到燒五花腩咁好食,燒厚切五花腩d皮同脂肪除咗香之外,咬落好有趙口,一d都唔覺油膩!梨汁雞腿肉係朋友聽講好食跟住叫嘅,係比平時食嘅腿肉滑同甜,仲有原味牛舌,大大塊,超抵食!第一次自己燒大八爪魚,原來唔燒咁熟係關鍵,無咁韌,點一點醬油,好有墨魚鮮味。今次飽都要點半隻醬油蒜頭有骨炸雞,因為太耐無食韓式炸雞啦!難得有friend 一齊食更滋味!醬油蒜頭味炸香哂雞皮同雞肉表面,香脆惹味到不得了!一啖炸雞就梗係一啖梳打,飲薄荷茘枝梳打更清涼!我諗個friend 杯菠蘿梳打都好飲,因為咁大杯我見佢幾下已經飲哂。餐廳嘅韓式小菜同鍋邊嘅泡菜蛋、芝士粟米,仲有大大碟沙律,我feel到韓風味超濃之餘,沙律前菜仲中和到燒肉嘅濃味,勁正!
