To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚，終於可以一試呢間人流好多嘅日式餐廳舖頭細細滿座咗，門口已經排咗6-7個人就排到嘅時候，店員俾張餐紙，等我哋睇定有咩揀未入到去，店員講定漢堡賣哂，唔大問題，餐紙上嘅其他食物依然好吸引，搞到有啲選擇困難症發作嚟到就梗係試吓招牌蛋包飯，我哋揀咗燴牛肉同埋濃茄牛肉（都係basic 配咖喱同蛋包飯）上枱嘅賣相，好令人食指大動，望落去同貓眼一樣，唔怪之得店名以貓之眼取名咁靚，真係有種去咗日本食嘢嘅感覺單憑賣相，又係膚淺咗啲二話不說，影好靚相就試食非常滿意佢嘅汁料，香濃而不膩，咖喱整得好味之餘，牛肉汁同茄汁都做得好出色，牛肉軟淋入味，有些少酒香味正因為有對比之下，蛋包飯就顯得失色咗飯量都幾多，建議叫少飯避免浪費小食就試咗呢個芝士魚肉條，好味喎！整體嚟講，食得相當滿足，唯一唔好嘅係店內冷氣唔係好夠😅😅有少少熱
