To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食譚仔,今日特登同女朋友過去食。 我哋叫腩肉米線10小辣, 雞肉米線十小辣, 同埋一碟皮蛋。 首先我想講個湯底方面, 其實雞肉米線係會鮮甜啲, 至於腩肉嗰個湯底雖然都係十小辣, 但係會比較鹹味重啲, 冇咁鮮甜。 雞肉比較碎, 有少少難夾。 但係呢度嘅 姨姨嬸嬸侍應非常之有禮貌同埋好人, 服務都好周到。 最後不得不提嗰個皮蛋, 有芫茜響上面, 加埋隻皮蛋本身係流心, 一擺落口個蛋黃係即刻流動即刻溶化, 真係食極都唔會厭, 在不少少皮蛋嘅芫茜同埋辣椒油落去自己碗湯麵到嘅話, 更加會生色不少。
