To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得第一次同女朋友食呢間餐廳係一年前，佢好中意，成日都話想再食，但位置唔方便，所以再黎食。事隔一年，今日女朋友係粉嶺返工，所以就再食。佢又再一次見到D甜品話等陣要食。。。但次次都太飽食唔到。今日又係食一樣既主打同飲品，但試左個新沙律，想留肚食甜品。甘薯蘋果沙律呢個組合係好創新，甘薯好甜，加埋好𡙁又幾清既蘋果好開胃。望落唔係好大碟，點知都唔係好食得曬，我覺得可以三個人食。芥蜜脆皮原隻豬手跟住係女朋友勁鍾意食既德國豬手，呢隻豬手既特點係外面好，但入面又好冧，肥同瘦既比例剛剛好，加埋芥蜜檸檬醬真係好好食。女朋友連檸檬都食埋，再加醬…佢又太飽....再加一杯特別既甘薯奶茶，真係好正，芳香又易入口。其實呢間嘢都上過雜誌，唔知點解咁少人
