由於班波友住荃灣,今日就去左佢地地頭打波,打完之後佢帶左我地黎球場格離呢間野食烤魚,我地叫左烤桂花魚,同一般魚煲唔同既係佢地會先煎一煎香啲魚皮,先再放魚湯落去,食落又真係會香口好多。除左個煲之外,我地仲嗌左幾個小菜,分別係薑蔥爆蠔、黃金鮮魷同埋炒鵝腸,由於我地打完波唔想食咁飽所以冇嗌到飯,如果唔係呢幾個小菜已經好食到送幾碗飯,特別係佢個黃金鮮魷,佢個炸粉同咸蛋黃既比例控制得岩岩好,唔會落得太多咸蛋黃搞到個魷魚冇左脆個口感,所以我覺得佢地個黃金鮮魷係必嗌。
