⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️📍Owl’s Choux (TST)🍴今日經過見到呢間bookmark咗好耐嘅連續五年米芝蓮推薦法式泡芙店有開即刻衝咗入去🏃🏻‍♀️,為食妹之前去過幾次去無開門,今日終於有機會可以試佢最有名嘅焦糖燉蛋泡芙喇🤩舖頭店面唔大,廚房同樓面各佔一半空間,未入舖頭已經聞到超香嘅牛油酥餅香味😍,有兩個大焗爐將泡芙每日新鮮製造,可以睇到餅師將新鮮焗好嘅泡芙取岀待涼,淨係聞到香味已經好期待喇😆樓面只有十個位左右,即使今日係平日都keep住有客人,所以未必可以坐低慢慢傾偈咁食🙈除咗各款口味嘅泡芙,店舖仲有自家製gelato同新鮮咖啡沖制,有好多唔同嘅選擇😄~ Crème brulee choux creme ($36)🍴泡芙size 細細粒,仲細過手掌心少少,一望已經畀泡芙面頭嘅焦糖脆面吸引住🤤,誘人嘅微燻焦糖亮面,唧到快滿瀉嘅吉士忌廉,再加上新鮮岀爐脆口嘅泡芙,視覺已經滿足咗一大半😙大啖一口咬落,先食到薄薄一層好脆唔會太硬嘅焦糖面,之後就畀香甜幼滑充滿雲尼拿同蛋香嘅吉士忌廉充滿口腔,見到吉士忌廉落咗好多雲尼拿籽有被驚艷到🤭,最後食到富牛油香味微脆嘅泡芙,層次好豐富好滿足,真係超級好食😋😋😋💬雖
