To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝公司終於開門放人入去返10點,所以有機會食一個長時間的早餐.平時要排隊但因為東區係香港最嚴重的疫區,少左好多人夠膽去食嘢。係我眼中生死有命,所以都係堅持出去食。之前因為非洲豬瘟關係一直食沙嗲牛肉麵今次終於有豬膶通粉比沙嗲牛肉麵貴$6豬膶通粉有好強烈的薑味、湯底甘甜。感覺上很清爽。通粉唔遠唔難配合甘甜的湯汁配搭一流。感覺清淡又健康。但係我問咗服務員要煉奶,佢比完我之後同我講係唔係家係奶茶到。我話唔係係加係多士到。佢話下次咁樣要加錢因為由多士變咗奶油多。我話咁你加錢囉。但係佢冇理我。可能平時多人的關係服務一般。但是如果為咗豬膶通粉我覺得都值得!
