To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 用餐日期: 2010 年 7月 25日 食物: 常餐組合- (炒蛋火腿多 + 火腿燒通 + 奶茶 ) & 奶油豬仔包 & 黑松露炒蛋多士味道: 炒蛋火腿多 - 烤麵包是很好,不燃燒和溫暖,但沒有太多奶油,而不是均勻分佈,只有中間有奶油。雞蛋很滑似絲質,順滑,具有豐富的奶油味,但有一部份咸。味道肯定不如澳洲牛奶公司 Australia Dairy Company,但沒有那麼大的分量。在澳洲牛奶公司 Australia Dairy Company的雞蛋是一個更大的份量,但我會說,火腿是相同的。所以沒有不炸脆。火腿通心湯粉 [/ ü] - 我從來不喜歡純湯通心粉。通常通心粉和叉燒,但他們跑出來,問我們是否介意改火腿。火腿無味,湯味是咸奶茶[/ ü]是無味,很稀,不值得一提。奶油豬仔包 是好的,但是冰冷,也許他們之前烤手。我也喜歡熱脆一點。黑松露炒雞蛋 [/ ü]好吃。這可能是在三個之中最好吃的了三個。雖然這是一個比較昂貴,由於很多黑塊菌。在烤麵包是好的厚無線很大一部分的奶油雞蛋。很高興厚和奶油。如此美味的黑松露被有點咸了。Date: Saturday 25th july 2010 10pm

Ordered: Normal meal (includes buttered toast with ham and fried egg + Ham with soup macaroni +a milk tea) & Toast with black truffle stir fried egg & toasted bun with condense milk
Taste; Buttered toast with ham and fried egg - Toast was nicely toasted, not burnt and warm, but not much butter and not evenly spread, only the middle has butter. The egg was silky and smooth, with a rich creamy taste, but slightly salty on one part. definitely taste as good as Australia Dairy Company in jordan, BUT the portion was not as big. At Australia Dairy Company the egg is a bigger portion but i would say the ham is the same. not fried so not crispy. the ham is bit on the downside.
Ham with soup macaroni - I have never liked the plain soup with macaroni. the macaroni usually come with roast pork, but they have ran out and asked if we mind to change to the ham. Tasteless ham with no texture.
Milk tea was tasteless, very watery, no worth to mention.
The toasted bun with condense milk was good, but slightly cold, maybe they have toasted it before hand. i would have liked it hot and crunchy.
Toast with black truffle stir fried egg was delicious. It was probably the best out of the three. although it was a lot more expensive due to the black Truffle. the toast was nice and thick wiith BIG portion of the creamy egg. it was nice thick and creamy. so delicious with the black truffle being bit salty.
