今日有屋企人係外地返香港,夜機返,所以一下飛機將行李放好係我屋企,我地就係區內搵野食。難得從外地返來,第一餐當然要食海鮮酒家啦!我之前一直都想去呢間開張無耐嘅海鮮酒家,而且見到依家有做緊炭香窯燒雞套餐優惠,$238就可以包一隻窯燒雞同八選一款精選小菜。呢個我地都用左好耐時間選,因為知道呢到嘅冰鎮咕嚕肉好出名,但朋友話想食海蝦,所以最後都係叫左白灼海蝦,超大一隻,有好多隻,而且好新鮮脆口!窯燒雞內用左rosemary同香料,所以分外香,一剪開超多汁爆juicy,而且外皮脆到飛起,朋友真係讚不絕口!剛下飛機當然要有糖水滋潤下啦,今日嘅豐料養生燉湯係響螺雞湯,飲落清甜唔油膩,好補身!來得香港當然要叫深海龍躉兩味,今次煮法包括金銀蒜蒸龍躉頭腩同埋翡翠炒龍躉球,兩種食法都超好食,魚肉厚身,口感一流,一上檯好快就清貨。本來都想試下幾代相傳嘅燒味部大師傅嘅功架十足,因為睇中脆皮燒鵝皇同叉燒,不過真係太飽,唯有下次再食!
