朋友請食飯,一行6人試下係馬場食飯, 個view係無得彈每日既tasting menu都唔同, 今次有5 個course頭盤: botan ebi sashimi, 牡丹蝦, plating 好靓湯: Green pea veloute, 豆味香濃Pan-seared seabass  個魚煎得好脆, 魚肉超滑主菜選左鴨, 係正宗係法國運來 , 隻碟係畫板離架!!!! 個鴨肉好嫩滑, 正Service 同食物質素係一流, 咁既價錢絕對超值!!!!
