過往到佐敦唔係食中菜乳豬就係吃峇里菜, 聽朋友說這裡有間難得的日本燒烤店, 所以滿有期望而來, 果然冇失望, 門口已好日式的感覺, 入到裡面差不多已坐滿人, 看看牆上, 見到好多限定推介及必食之選, 當然也叫了幾款, 先上前菜, 點了「韓風泡菜」($38), 這個不是太辣, 啱我, 帶點酸味添, 因想燒烤前醒一醒胃,另一前菜也是韓式, 「芥辣八爪魚粒」($48), 令我諗起之前去韓國食生的八爪魚粒般, 好煙韌, 芥苿不是太濃味, 不錯。叫了杯Passion Fruit Mocktail ($28), 清新解渴, 沙律方面叫了個名好特別的「日本安曇野豆腐沙律 ($62)」有好多胡麻醬, 好香, 豆腐粒也好幼滑, 主菜黎喇, 店員預早幫我地開爐, 第一道係「豚腩肉」($80),肥肉及瘦肉分佈均勻, 薄切, 燒起時油滴火紅紅的, 所以食時,油份不多, 好香脆及有鮮肉味, 燒得通紅, 剛好,蘸些醬油也可帶出豬肉香味。 之後到我至愛的牛出場, 叫了「美國Prime牛角切」($168), 其實即係牛肉粒, 店員提醒, 燒時要快炒包起肉汁, 燒至焦香, 差不多再用夾烤吓佢, 係咪仲好水汪汪, 即要
