To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超差的服務,特別是那位自稱是經理的男士。旺角 feel 的打扮,一點也不像在高級餐廳工作,態度十分惡劣。原本是我第四次去這餐廳,但自此我一定不會再去。這個所謂經理,連咭片也沒有,並說全餐廳的員工也只來了少於三個月,所以,以前的服務不等如現在的。總之,去了便是貼錢買難受。食物質素沒有大問題,但如果去一所餐廳,要受氣,而且那位所謂經理還以語言罵你,這樣的服務態度仍去支持,這會影響香港的形象及服務業的質素。
