鐵罐酒蒸白貝
細心嘅店員提醒我哋要小心,亦都唔好錯過佢哋呢個咁特別嘅煮法。旁邊有一大個鐵罐,入面放滿清酒、昆布及兩隻白貝,滾起後喺罐上加火,之後係點唔洗講啦,咁壯觀梗係要影相留念啦!一開返蓋,睇到入面浮吓浮吓嘅白貝,口水都流!肉質非常鮮嫩又鮮甜,盡級清酒嘅精華,又冇沙,可惜得兩隻唔夠食

燒龍蝦
睇住魚缸入面嘅龍蝦游吓游吓,忍唔住叫隻燒嚟食!開邊後加上用味噌及蝦肉煮成嘅醬,鹹鹹哋又好有鮮蝦味,好惹味,入面嘅肉仲超多添,但可惜隻碟太細,唔落手食有啲麻煩,如果係都要用刀叉的話就需要啲時間慢慢切了

無米氣真係唔得,加$100要個蟹粥試吓。店員先喺我哋面前煮蟹腳,跟住撈上嚟再放埋其餘啲蟹肉再煲煲佢,最正就係加隻蛋,搞搞佢,全部米粒及蟹肉都沾滿蛋白及蛋黃,睇見聞到都想快快快食!果然煮蟹嘅方法完全唔需要花巧,最緊要就係夠新鮮!松葉蟹腳嗰種鮮,同清淡嘅粥簡直係天作之合,勁好味!

第3次食呢個甜品,之前頭2次都心諗究竟係每次太遲拎出嚟所以好凍吖,定係除咗雪糕之外,其餘嘅蕃薯肉都唔食得㗎呢?今次專登叫店員早啲拎定出嚟,雪糕嘅質感就啱啱好喇,又creamy又唔會好凍好冰食到牙都痹!今次都好努力咁撬啲蕃薯肉出嚟食,不過真係有啲難度,如果餐廳可以研究吓點樣起埋其餘啲蕃薯肉出嚟,咁就真係超級完美喇!
