We booked table via online dining platform for today lunch at 12noon. We arrived restaurant at around 12:08pm. One of a male staff told us the online dining platform 10% discount only apply to à la carte menu. I ordered one set lunch and my friend ordered lamb on a la carte menu at 12:18pm The lamb came first at 12:42 then the starter of my lunch set. The starter was kind of big and tasted good. Then i waited waited waited for my main course, i chased them once then finally it came at 1:03pm. The taste of the artichoke was so bitter and not much taste for the chicken breast, the portion was quite small. I didn’t feel full after the main course so I told a female staff to change my set from 2 courses to 3 courses and told them to bring me the dessert asap which i know was a pre-made banana panna cotta in a cup. Then i waited for another 15 mins still no one brought me the dessert and i couldn’t even draw any of the staff’s attention to even get the bill! They just didn’t actively check on their customers to see if they have any need, just like blind their eyes and not seeing us at all. I raised my voice and said ‘excuse me!!!!! loudly and finally a guy looked like a manager noticed us and came to our table, i said i wanna get the bill now as i already have been waiting for my dessert for 15 mins! He just said ‘sorry’ then walked away to get the bill! That’s it! Really bad services and we will never go to this restaurant again! So impolite even and unprofessional how they treated customers when they knew they upset a customer.
