To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去咗晴朗商場嘅大家樂，試咗佢哋嘅二人鐵板餐。呢個套餐包括咗龍蝦湯、牛扒、薯仔串同兩杯嘢飲，真係好豐富。首先，龍蝦湯真係超好飲，香濃又滑，配上脆脆地嘅酥皮，真係一流 🦞。牛扒煎得啱啱好，嫩滑多汁，配埋醬汁，味道豐富而且份量十足，真係冇得彈。整體嚟講，呢餐真係好抵食。一個套餐包埋兩杯嘢飲，好大份，價錢合理，完全超值 😋。環境方面，都幾舒服，桌椅間距夠大，唔會太逼人，食起上嚟好輕鬆。服務員態度友善，上菜速度亦都好快，唔使等太耐，呢點真係加分。唯一嘅不足之處就係個薯仔串，淋晒，唔係咁好食，希望佢哋可以改進呢個部分。除此之外，其他嘢都好好。整體嚟講，今次晚餐體驗非常滿意，真係值得推薦 👌。如果你去晴朗商場，不妨試吓呢個二人鐵板餐，絕對唔會令你失望。
