To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放咗工攰攰地想係瞓覺前來一個下午茶之前喺第二間元氣分店食過元氣嘅下午茶 覺得唔錯 所以就想喺荷里活分店再encore我揀咗1D + 2B+ 3B一個套餐$501D 包括炙燒牛油熟帶子壽司, 炙燒黑椒熟蝦壽司, 炙燒黑椒三文魚壽司, 珍寶皇帝蟹柳壽司同玉子壽司 共5款每一款都好好味 唔記得幫炸墨魚軟骨影相，份量雖然唔多 但味道不錯而湯烏冬份量雖然不大 但好煙韌好好味可惜嘅係喺其他分店跟餐加$12可以加任何一款手卷 但鑽石山分店就軟殼蟹手卷除外 唯有以正價點一份軟殼蟹手卷熱辣辣嘅軟殼蟹真係好好味最後我就加咗$12食日本芝士蛋糕元氣嘅芝士蛋糕味道好正 好濃郁嘅芝士香味元氣壽司嘅下午茶套餐好抵食 可以一次過滿足我三個願望 基本上$62就可以食晒壽司,小食,湯麵再加埋甜品 非常滿足
