To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時係意樂食早餐就食得多,今日終於可以試下佢既下午茶。可能平時比較少食tea,一睇餐牌就覺得好抵食😂我地一行3個人總共點左5款食物,埋單都只係$101!平均每人$34都唔洗!仲要飽到捧住個肚走,抵食到喊出黎!黑白脆脆($22)好耐無食過脆豬,一見到餐牌有就即刻好想食。不過原來要下午4:00-6:00點餐先可以做到$11的優惠,內心掙扎左一陣,最後都係用原價叫左一份😅。黑白脆脆的黑白即是朱古力醬及煉奶,兩樣都係甜的,配上脆的奶油豬仔包,好好食🤤🤤 (極邪惡)粗粒花生醬厚切西多士配英倫糖漿($27)黑白脆脆已經夠邪惡,呢個簡直係邪惡之中的邪惡😂面頭除左有一大舊牛油慢慢熔緊之外,中間的粗粒花生醬都放足料!米蘭肉醬芝士·脆脆薯條($27)上面有一層厚唧芝士,仲可以拉到絲,咬落去成口都係芝士!正👍🏻!不過上面的肉醬就有少少偏咸,要不斷飲野先ok水牛城辣汁烤雞翼2隻(+$10)表層烤到脆卜卜,裡面的肉仍有辣味剛剛好,好嫩唔會鞋,只得兩隻唔夠喉😂😂法式焦糖燉蛋(+$15)我原本以為這個燉蛋係熱食的,但原來是凍食的,所以上面的焦糖已經變硬及變成獨立一塊焦糖片。另外中間的燉蛋部分不夠滑,所以這個甜品一般

撇除餐廳的服務態度,整體都唔錯!(因為無哂餐具都無fill,同埋坐低之後都無放低兩杯水俾我地)如果下午餓餓地,都可以繼續試下其他食物既😋
