To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友唔講我都唔知原來稻香推出咗一蚊乳鴿,最衰一個人只可以食一隻,如果唔係我諗我會食兩三隻,佢啲乳鴿燒得幾好㗎,肉質唔錯外層皮脆,一路食一路有啲肉汁滴出嚟。另外好抵嘅係有呢個$18一盅嘅黑毛節瓜螺頭湯,飲落去都幾有味道,有蝦、鮑魚、螺頭、節瓜、雞肉同豬肉,一盅$18嘅湯來講真係幾足料。
