To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ⚠️注意一定要2位或以上先可以叫雞煲同烤魚放題 烤魚(蒜香味)烤爐上的魚已經被廚師一分為二,被灑上大量的蒜頭和乾蒜粒,上菜時已經聞到蒜香味。整個用餐時間為1小時30分鐘,我覺得烤魚的最佳食用時間是開頭的40分鐘,魚的口感最滑。之後因為魚身長時間烤煮需變得過熟。所以建議先把魚吃掉再放入其他火煱材料。烤魚調味也不錯,沒有魚腥味,夾一口魚再連同蒜粒一齊食,更有口感。仲有好多配料揀,另外叫左啲在熟食區冇得攞的小食海蜇豬耳 $36好爽口,BB 辣都係好辣,要放落烤魚個湯底度浸一陣先食到紅油蒜泥青瓜 $25青瓜都係BB辣,但食落口感覺上冇海蜇豬耳咁辣,青瓜好爽口,個人鍾意手拍青瓜,青瓜吸晒啲紅油汁,會更加正黃金花枝丸(六粒)$18花枝丸脆身之餘再點埋甜酸醬,夾👍
