呢間隱世於大角咀角落既東北菜小店,黎到既時候最估唔到既係都幾多人排隊,好彩一早訂左枱唔係有排等🤤先黎講講小食,炒萵筍,呢個就正正常常,話就話炒但食落又唔算好油膩,佢唔係爽口個d而係偏向軟身,鐘唔鐘意就見仁見智啦😉第二樣小食就係雞絲粉皮,雞絲,青瓜,粉皮同埋麻醬,好簡單既四樣野配合起上黎就非常之好食🤤粉皮就相似河粉但佢就爽口彈牙多少少,想叫小食既話呢個係唔錯既選擇👍🏻千層醬豬耳,平時食豬耳多數一條好大條,呢到就會係一塊薄身咁食,估唔到食落口感差好遠,平時會咬到牙仔軟但呢隻係脆口得黎好爽身,配合埋其他配料就更香更好食👍🏻👍🏻小食講完就開始到主食啦,第一個係上湯雲吞,係一個唔算好特別既上等雲吞,皮薄餡靚,上湯都唔會話好重味精個d,食落好滿足🤤叫左全餐唯一一個面食,雞蛋蕃茄刀削面,個人覺得湯底比較濃,同個面唔蛋夾,刀削面都偏為軟身冇乜咬口感,有少許失望🤔🤔黎到今餐既主角片皮鴨,我地8個人就叫左1隻鴨,其實食落感覺都幾多,大家可以就住份量叫,不過記得要book個陣訂埋隻鴨唔係好似會冇🤪隻鴨唔算話好肥,個人唔鐘意食太肥既鴨,塊皮都算簿同埋有些少粉味(個人都幾鐘意)so far各個配料都唔錯叫做幾好
