To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以香甜油潤的雞泡魚乾開一開胃後,一次性的刺物盛合也上檯了!下圖是二人份,即每人可享一件帶子、三文魚、油甘魚及吞拿魚,出品十分新鮮、質素也很優良,是個美好的開始。

其他頭盤也陸續上檯:蟹籽沙律鮮香不會水汪汪,惹人不斷添吃;枝豆新鮮而且鹹度合宜,讓人吃不停口;八爪魚沙律有著 wasabi 調味,十分醒胃好吃,野菜沙律算是最沒吸引力了~

三文魚卷及加洲卷也是無限任點,還記得去年兩兄妹都瘋狂點吃,這天也試了一件加洲卷,原來的確幾美味,但我忍住沒有 encore,因為要留肚給其他美食!

同時也點了少許揚物一起分享,包括香脆不太油的土佐豆腐,以及天婦羅海老;前者還好,後者當不久前吃完 Tempura Taki 瀧 的高質天婦羅,就難免會覺得挑剔,個人認為可以跳過~

打頭陣,就是牛肉網燒了!用上日本和牛,本身已豐腴高質,加上出色的燒烤技巧,出品嫣紅粉嫩卻不帶一絲血水,肉嫩味美富油香,太誘人了,不 encore 對不起自己啊~

一次性的銀鱈魚西京燒 (散點 $205) 也上檯了,下圖是一人份量,份量十足非常慷慨,而且鱈魚鮮滑香甜,非常好吃,一人吞下一整份,實在滿足得太過了!

另一必點海鮮美食是海老鹽燒,大大隻的新鮮蝦隻,經燒烤後香氣四瀉;蝦肉鮮彈、蝦頭更是鮮味匯聚之最,可以任食實在太幸福了!

我們不才,別說挑戰相撲手的食力,連餐單上基本的燒魚餅、燒砂肝、燒鳥、燒鴨胸、燒羊架、燒牛肋骨、燒豬腩、燒銀杏、燒南瓜、燒沙甸魚、燒鯖魚都沒吃,已經全飽了!

餘下少量胃納,則留來給清甜好吃的季節果物、不錯的雪娘梅,以及味道香甜的北海道牛奶布甸,吃完也是時間滿足地離開~非常棒又抵食的午餐局後,期待下次的院友聚啊!
