平日既我地好多時都冇好好注意飲食, 一唔小心就食得太多或唔夠營養! 今日黎開中環見客, 估唔到係蘭桂坊位置有間主打健康均衡食材既餐廳, 每個餐單幫你計算哂卡路里, 而每樣食材都包含豐富蛋白質, 適合各位健康人士!🚴🏾‍♂️我地一行4人各自叫左4款唔同既餐🥗1/ Omega Squat🐟 $122份量黎講其實真係碗碗份量都好多😂女士應該係可以分兩餐黎食!呢碗就有三大片煙熏三文魚, 煙熏味香濃, 而配菜每個款式都有羽衣甘藍, 鷹嘴豆, 南瓜, 櫻桃蕃茄, 紫洋蔥, 每樣食材都非常新鮮!2/ Chicken Press🍗 $85雞胸肉切成一粒粒方便食用, 而我覺得唔使點醬汁就已經好好食, 肉質嫩滑!3/ Swimmer’s Stretch🐠 $85即叫即煎既三文魚, 皮脆肉嫩, 油脂標哂出黎, 幾惹味!4/ Beef Thrust🥩 $70一整件肉餅食落去非常Juicy, 肉汁美味, 而且多個層次咬到一絲絲細肉!總結份量黎講真係好足夠, 岩哂日常午或晚餐或者健身後補充吸收👍🏾

1/ Omega Squat🐟 $122
份量黎講其實真係碗碗份量都好多😂女士應該係可以分兩餐黎食!
呢碗就有三大片煙熏三文魚, 煙熏味香濃, 而配菜每個款式都有羽衣甘藍, 鷹嘴豆, 南瓜, 櫻桃蕃茄, 紫洋蔥,
每樣食材都非常新鮮!

2/ Chicken Press🍗 $85
雞胸肉切成一粒粒方便食用, 而我覺得唔使點醬汁就已經好好食, 肉質嫩滑!

3/ Swimmer’s Stretch🐠 $85
即叫即煎既三文魚, 皮脆肉嫩, 油脂標哂出黎, 幾惹味!

4/ Beef Thrust🥩 $70
一整件肉餅食落去非常Juicy, 肉汁美味, 而且多個層次咬到一絲絲細肉!

總結份量黎講真係好足夠, 岩哂日常午或晚餐或者健身後補充吸收👍🏾
