To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有日經過見到有張poster喺食火鍋，二人餐又包埋小食同飲品都喺$98，一於試試佢。其實感覺上有啲似喺加咗個爐熱住嘅譚仔米線，因為上到檯所有野都喺熟嘅，米線薯粉個啲都喺熟咗，基本上喺唔洗再放落去淥熟佢。今次叫咗個三哥水煮湯魚片鴨血鍋，除咗已經配上兩種配料，額外你可以揀多兩款同埋加錢再配多兩款，其實都幾抵食。然後再揀兩款小食同兩款主食，亦多可以加$5轉做炸醬飯。而飲品方面，加$3就可以轉做凍飲。其實如果兩個人食兩碗米線加埋野飲小食應該貴過個火鍋，所以如果兩個人食的話，性價比都幾高。
