同男朋友行完黃金商場,喺深水埗附近覓食,見到有一間門口大大隻字寫住$80 / 180g 石燒牛肩排🐂,好似幾正咁,平平哋一於試下啦!呢度好似喺日本食拉麵咁,先喺門口買飛🧾,揀咗你想要嘅牛,之後職員會送上嚟。我哋揀咗一個$80 牛肩排,另一個係$110 / 200g牛柳,試下兩個有咩分別先。以前好耐喺另一間餐廳食過石燒牛,不過唔識食,等舊熱石凍晒都未切完件牛,搞到食到尾都仲好生。今次識食啦,先切好晒,整熟咗啲牛先,牆身上面都貼咗啲提示,教客人最佳食用方法。呢度仲有自助區,有麵豉湯🥣、沙律🥗、白飯🍚可以任添,千祈唔好忘記喺自助區拎番條一次性圍裙,如果唔係上牛扒嘅時候,啲汁就彈到件衫污漕晒。上檯啦!牛肩排比我想像中大塊,相機食完,嗱嗱聲切開,入面係1成熟,所以一定要用熱石整熟佢,食落油花較多,受熱後油花與牛質熔為一體,汁多味美、入口即化。另一款是牛柳,油花雖然比較少,但肉質好軟腍,肉汁亦豐富!不過以性價比嚟講,一定係揀$80牛肩排,因為牛味食落其實差不多。如果嫌未夠味,可以喺自助區拎啲自家製燒肉汁、蒜蓉又或者辛辣燒汁。$80 真係好抵食,絕對值得再試!

上檯啦!牛肩排比我想像中大塊,相機食完,嗱嗱聲切開,入面係1成熟,所以一定要用熱石整熟佢,食落油花較多,受熱後油花與牛質熔為一體,汁多味美、入口即化。
