To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一人一份餐大家不爭不搶啱啱好，入邊裝潢好新淨，超推介的荃灣燒鵝「味苑燒鵝」☀️叉燒燒鵝飯不愧是雙拼飯，一上來雙拼感覺內容超豐富，叉燒唔會太甜，軟硬度適中，鵝肉質地軟嫩，鵝皮燒得脆卜卜，一嘆咬落油脂與肉完美融合在一起真係好好食。☀️玫瑰豉油雞飯金黃色的豉油雞看了令人食慾大增，味道非常入味、鹹中帶甜，雞肉不乾不柴非常滑嫩，配上非常香的蔥油，十分下飯，使成碗玫瑰豉油雞更有層次。☀️凍檸茶甜味剛好，帶有檸檬香氣，喝起來又有茶味，完全解膩。☀️奶茶奶茶喝起來順滑香醇，喜歡茶味重一點的話可以不要加太多糖可以喝到港味獨有的茶感喔！

不愧是雙拼飯，一上來雙拼感覺內容超豐富，叉燒唔會太甜，軟硬度適中，鵝肉質地軟嫩，鵝皮燒得脆卜卜，一嘆咬落油脂與肉完美融合在一起真係好好食。
