位於灣仔的振興肉丸,是一間超有名的家庭式肉丸專門店。品牌在1967年由陳南奎先生創立,主打以鐵棒錘打牛肉造肉丸,粒粒有嚼勁,粒粒彈牙美味。百分百香港製造的肉丸,深得港人歡心,在大埔本店聲名大噪,之後便在灣仔開第二間店啦。 在服務員介紹下,我選擇了四款不同款式的肉丸。包括: 香菇貢丸、墨魚腐皮卷、零添加墨魚丸和招牌牛骨爆汁牛丸。         充滿冬菇香的貢丸,深得我心。比起單純的貢丸,口感更多,味道更濃。 墨魚腐皮卷,用腐皮包著墨魚,長長一條,好可愛。 零添加墨魚丸,主打零味精、零人造色素和零防腐劑,大家吃進肚子就更加安心。 招牌牛骨爆汁牛丸,不但牛味濃,更會爆汁,有驚喜,又非常美味。
