連續第6日食日本餐,其實食到今日都已經有少少厭,不過約咗就點都要嚟啦,而且乜食日本餐真係會厭㗎咩?訂位就當然要坐壽司吧檯,最期待就係見到自己個名嘅摺紙!呢度嘅店員非常鍾意摺紙,仲好有心咁用每位客人嘅名摺紙出嚟,超超超窩心!餓媽卡些 ($450)前菜拼盤隻碟好似一隻大船,有兩塊紅葉,裝飾得幾細緻蛋卷:入面包住昆布,不過啲昆布好幼細,基本上都係當佢係普通蛋卷咁食山葵八爪魚:撈埋希靈魚及魷魚乾,第一吓有啲潺,但唔係好核突嘅口感,反而係滑溜嗰種,山葵味濃不過唔嗆雜魚卷:好有趣,係好多魚肉打成卷狀,即係魚蛋啦,不過係魚味好濃郁嘅魚蛋,上面嘅係紫蘇葉炸蓮藕:好似薯片嘅口感,炸得恰到好處,唔會有難堪嘅油膩味道青瓜:唔講真係以為係糯米飯釀青瓜?其實一粒粒嘅係金山麵豉,發酵嘅豆香味濃但一啲都唔鹹茶碗蒸超滑溜,入面仲有好少會喺茶碗蒸入面出現嘅白子!自從上次唔記得喺邊度食完之後,對佢嘅不安一掃而空,再加上蟹肉,咁材料豐富嘅蒸蛋,俾多個我可以嗎?燒物白色嘅係燒左口魚,平時食開燒左口魚邊,今次食左口魚肉,肉質好結實,好有咬口感;上面嗰條徘徊在似薑又蔥之間嘅係薑芽,酸酸哋,不過記住只可以食白色部份;旁邊嘅醃蘿蔔上

前菜拼盤
隻碟好似一隻大船,有兩塊紅葉,裝飾得幾細緻
蛋卷:入面包住昆布,不過啲昆布好幼細,基本上都係當佢係普通蛋卷咁食

茶碗蒸
超滑溜,入面仲有好少會喺茶碗蒸入面出現嘅白子!自從上次唔記得喺邊度食完之後,對佢嘅不安一掃而空,再加上蟹肉,咁材料豐富嘅蒸蛋,俾多個我可以嗎?

燒物
白色嘅係燒左口魚,平時食開燒左口魚邊,今次食左口魚肉,肉質好結實,好有咬口感;上面嗰條徘徊在似薑又蔥之間嘅係薑芽,酸酸哋,不過記住只可以食白色部份;旁邊嘅醃蘿蔔上放咗柚子片,係一個非常少見嘅組合,食完左口魚之後食食薑芽及蘿蔔,再慢慢食豬肉就啱喇。啡色嘅係豬肉,中間夾雜少少肥膏,食落唔會乾爭爭,肉味好香濃,同燒左口魚成好強烈嘅對比

壽司
按照江戶前傳統壽司嘅造法,用酒糟釀嘅「赤醋」嚟做壽司飯,除咗外觀會啡啡哋外,比起用白米醋整嘅飯酸度會高啲、入口仲有獨特嘅香氣、同油脂豐富嘅魚非常匹配,整體嘅層次感十足
BB吞拿魚:肉質爽口,唔係太肥,睇唔到有好明顯嘅網紋,不過味道好清甜
帶子:肉質細嫩,味鮮甜美
燒左口魚邊:估唔到又有左口魚食!食返最肥美嘅部位,同頭先燒左口魚肉嘅口感完全唔同,呢個油脂勁豐香幼滑,滿口油脂,睇嚟我都係鍾意肥騰騰嘅左口魚邊了
鯖魚:質感爽滑富彈性,上面有少少薑,不過我唔係太鍾意醋漬過嘅魚肉,所以唔係我最愛了
針魚:外表好獨特,銀色咁㗎喎,唔講真係以為係秋刀魚!肉質爽脆又好鮮甜,上面嗰一小拙薑,令鮮味更突出!非常好味!
深海池魚:上面有少少薑及蔥粒,中和咗佢嘅魚味,亦都大大提升鮮味,肉質爽口清甜,好鍾意!!!!

蕨餅
超級超級開心!甜品竟然係抹茶蕨餅!!!!旁邊有食用菊花,蕨餅上嘅閃粉係糖粉,啲蕨餅簡直係俾啲抹茶粉堆住咗,淨係睇外觀已經開心到不得了!口感軟糯煙韌,又唔甜喎!如果可以散叫蕨餅就好喇,唔止叫一碟,係一盤盤咁上吖唔該!

臨走嗰陣口痕問可唔可以拎走啲摺紙,店員話可以呀,仲俾埋個紙袋我袋走!真係一間超有誠意超有心嘅小店,雖然未食之前話食日本餐食到有啲厭,但好在好在今日有嚟食咋!一定要再返嚟食!
